At Zitahli Resort and Spa Kuda Funafaru you are offered warm Maldivian hospitality ensuring a memorable experience. 

Surrounded by untouched reefs, turquoise water and pristine beaches, this breathtaking 5 Star luxury resort opened in August 2008. Zitahli Kuda Funafaru hosts 50 contemporary chic villas over 700 by 250 metres, out of which 20 villas are on land and 30 on water.

All villas at Zitahli Kuda Funafaru are designed to inspire peace, solitude and relaxation at the same time offering privacy and seclusion from other guests.

With villas carefully placed 12 – 15 metres apart, the rooms are spacious with open bathrooms with a dazzling view of either the beach or the turquoise lagoon. All super deluxe beach villas and super deluxe aqua villas are equipped with private plunge pools.

Main Pool Closure  
“The Main Pool which is located in the southern tip of the island has sustained severe damages due to beach erosion which is a natural phenomenon associated with wind and current movement. Engineers estimate repairs will take approximately 60 days from 03rd April, 2013 to complete the entire renovation. The Main Pool will remain closed for this period, however, all outlets near the pool, Mosaic Restaurant and Indigo Bar, will remain operational.”

Our Opinion
A romantic, slow-paced island with some of the finest beaches in the Maldives
Atmosphere: Quiet and relaxed this is a great resort for honeymooners
Rooms: A small number of rooms means that they are generously spaced. All rooms are large and well equipped the Deluxe Rooms also have private pools.
Dining: Quality ingredients and impressive menus but a bit on the expensive side for what you get
Activities: A large watersports centre and some land sports but life here is more on the quiet side. Excellent snorkelling and diving can be had here.
