A very popular island - five star quality at a reasonable price. Perfect correlation of modern luxury and Maldivian tradition.
Atmosphere: Rich with lush local vegetation, Bodu Hithi delivers the true tropical island feel. The island is private and intimate, with most access to the beach coming from the sandy paths from within the island. So people rarely walk around the outside the island, giving plenty of privacy to island villas and 'their' section of beach. Wonderfully helpful staff.
Rooms: Very high quality and good value for money. Highly luxurious, but still manage to maintain the traditional Maldivian style. Very good snorkelling available directly from the Water Villas.
Dining: Fantastic in both quality and variety. Buffets are very good. The deserts in particular are wonderful.
Activities: There is a main area which is quite social - full of people enjoying good company, sunbathing, drinking in the bar, listening to the in house band. Plenty of well-organised activities to keep you busy.
