During Covid times we asked all customers to contact us by email only. This worked very well as we could prioritise response times and ensure we had a full record of conversations. For these reasons we would like to continue with 96% non-telephone contact - if you feel a call is necessary, and cannot be dealt with by email, please first send an explanatory message with any questions you wish to ask and we will call UK numbers or provide our numbers for non UK residents.

Our Opinion
A high standard All Inclusive island - a formal setting with an informal atmosphere
Atmosphere: This island has a real sense of togetherness. Friendly staff, communal activities/areas and a social, predominantly Italian clientele makes this resort very welcoming.
Rooms: All rooms have open views of the water and direct access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and are well equipped with a range of facilities and amenities.
Dining: The fact that this resort is aimed at its large proportion of Italian guests means that meals are an important event here. The open kitchen and sometimes barbecuing of fish on the beach make for a great dining experience.
Activities: Cabaret and social communal areas make evenings here lively and fun. The easily accessibe reef is great for snorkelling and the calm lagoon is a good spot for watersports. The dive cenre staff are friendly and helpful and the ratio of divers to instructors is reassuring.
