Our Opinion
A simple, no frills resort - small, quiet and comfortable.
Atmosphere: An easy-going and intimate atmosphere. Camaraderie and friendships are built between guests during the low-key evenings
Rooms: The rooms are all pretty much the same. The main difference being location - those on the Northeast side have better privacy but those on the Southwest side have the sun nearly all day. The water Villas are slightly newer than the Beach Villas.
Dining: The casual main restaurant serves varied buffets of an extremely high quality where all dishes are explained by the chefs. Breakfast and Lunch are also served as buffets but not of quite the same standard as Dinner. There is also a new restaurant situated along the jetty serving real high-end food accommpanied by a visit from the head chef.
Activities: A fine beach encircles nearly the entire island and the snorkelling from the beach is great. A wide variety of snorkelling and diving trips and local excursions are available but not forced onto guests

Staying fit whilst holidaying at Komandoo doesn’t have to be restricted to the gym; you can challenge your partner to a game of badminton or tennis – simply book the court at the reception.
