A PIECE OF MALDIVIAN HISTORY
Nika Island is a piece of Maldivian history, one of the first islands in Ari Atoll to become a unique destination in the world. Nika Island is the heavenly island of our collective imagination. A platform where the typical concepts of Maldivian tradition and beauty blend with Italian culture. Nika is the island where nothing has changed. This island is suspended in time, immune to the dynamics of massive tourism that are redefining the Maldives today. An ambitious alchemical experiment, unrepeatable and totally successful, that has written an important chapter in the history of tourism in the Maldives.
LOCATION
The Resort is located on Kudafolhudhoo Island, in Ari Atoll, a 25-minute seaplane ride from Malé. The arrival terminal is connected to the island, ensuring immediate access to the resort.
Our Opinion
A naturally beautiful, quiet island
Atmosphere: A very high level of privacy for those who want it. Beautiful gardens and lush vegetation make this resort a perfect tropical paradise
Rooms: All land rooms have their own private section of beach. The rooms are comfortable and homely with large bathrooms. The Water Villas are high quality and offer complete privacy
Dining: All guests are on Full Board; Breakfast and Lunch are usually buffets and Dinner is served from an A La Carte menu - the food is excellent.
Activities: Several excursions and dive trips available. The spa is new and well equipped. Great snorkelling and easily accessible from every room.

Nika Island is sold on full board basis.
Serving Italian, international and ethnic cuisine as a buffet-style at lunch and "à la carte" at dinner, with a great selection of wines.
You can choose relax at the Coffee Shop which is located close to the main beach. Here you can enjoy music, ‘happy hours', wonderful sunsets, board games, library and satellite TV.
The Bepi Bar
The Bepi Bar next to the restaurant featuring its spectacular roof representing the hull of a dhoni, the traditional Maldivian boat, it is the ideal place to chill out and enjoy the breeze of the ocean.
Both bars have free wi-fi connection.
The jetty bar is located in the main jetty and is a great place to wind down with a drink and watch the sunset.
Garden Room
6 Garden Rooms (about 380sqft) with a double room (queen-size bed), and a bathroom. The living room can accommodate an additional bed.
Garden Rooms are nestled in lush vegetation; the rooms are located along the main walkway on the island. They do not have a private beach, but guests have access to two public beaches with sun beds, showers and umbrellas, located near the two main bars.

Sultan Suite
With 1500sqft of living area, the Sultan Suite is BIG. The main unit consists of a double room, a spacious living room and a bathroom; the suite includes a guest house with double bedroom and private bathroom, outdoor shower, library and wardrobe.
The Sultan Suite is located on the east side of the island, and it is Nika’s most original and spacious villa.
