PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING - 60 minutes
Customise training with the fitness trainer who will design a unique program for your needs and objectives according to your fitness level. The session starts with a fitness consultation, followed by a customised program of specific exercises to suit your needs.

FITNESS ENHANCEMENTS - 30 minutes
Our 30-minute sessions target specific areas using advanced techniques to achieve your personal goals.

The Residence Maldives at Dhigurah provides guests access to some of the best diving in the world. The resort’s own PADI 5-Star Dive Centre offers a variety of classes and excursions for novices and experienced divers, from snorkelling in nearby reefs to advanced PADI Open Water Diver Courses.

You can explore the underwater beauty in our house reef, or journey by dhoni, a traditional Maldivian boat, to several amazing dive sites within a one-hour radius, including Vilingili Kandu, Ekkala Thila and Nilandu Kandu.

The Gaafu Alifu atoll is rich in marine life, home to over 1,200 species of fish and coral, including several species of sharks that can often be spotted in schools of up to 200. Other marine life to look out for include bottlenose dolphins, green turtles, manta and eagle rays, and many other unusual species.

A True Tropical Paradise

The very definition of paradise, the Maldives is made up of 26 atolls that straddle the equator, sprinkled with around 1,200 coral islands, less than a quarter of which are inhabited.

The sea covers about ninety-nine per cent of the Maldives and is where much of its magic can be found. Scuba diving in these waters is second to none, offering a window into an incredible underwater world inhabited by a wide range of corals and over 2,000 species of fish ranging from colourful reef fish to reef sharks and whale sharks as well as sea turtles, eels and a variety of rays. Dhigurah itself is a long, narrow atoll rim island. Its eastern reef is famous for being one of the few places in the world where you can spot whale sharks all year round, while the island’s western lagoon is a great manta ray snorkelling site.

The Maldives is rich in culture and traditions, expressed in the rhythms of the native bodu beru drums, the craftsmanship of finely woven kunaa mats, and the artistry displayed in the architecture of its grandest mosques.
